My 3rd month in the Bistro now. I see a little achievement, at least the interests have blossomed quite a bit compared to the last job I had. Mostly because of the opportunity to learn and develop. That's the thing. Every employees' mindset are the same. Putting aside the salary, the thing that comes next is actually how they sfaff being valued. All they need is the motivation and enough room for them develop which eventually keep them growing, and to stay on.
Oh yes i shall declare now, i can finally make a nice velvety, smooth and filled with love and effort's cuppa of latte! Almost flat. But not for cappucino. Still couldn't do the perfect froth. As for this month, i have to master all the cheeses on the cheese board. 17 of them.
All i need is 17days. A cheese a day! Hopefully sooner or later i can upsell cheese without having to refer to the notes.
Also, I may have put on some weight. So don't be suprised. Oh, some kind of work's sacrifices.. You know, the cheese testing.
